Our case fits most stratocaster and telecaster type electric guitars. We've listed below guitars that customers have told us fit well in the case. We've also included a list of guitars that customers have told us do not fit. If your guitar isn't listed, just use a tape measure and the below diagram to measure your guitar's body length, total length, body height, and the upper, middle, and lower bouts. Compare these measurements to our case dimensions. If your measurements are equal to or less than the measurements of our case, your guitar will fit. We currently only have one size case. We are working to expand our line to offer additional case sizes as well as cases for bass guitars and acoustic guitars. Please sign up for our mailing list on our home page to be notified when new products and case types are available.
Can you add graphics to a case I already own?
If you want graphics added to a case you already own, please email us a picture of the case as well as the manufacturer/model. We may be able to add graphics to your case as a custom order depending on the case material, body type, and case surface contours. Email us for more information.
How do I know Bullhorn cases are quality?
- Our cases are contract manufactured for us by world reknowned Gator Cases, Inc. so you know they are quality.
- Our case is a modified version of Gator's GC-Electric-A. This case averages 4.5/5 stars in Amazon, Musicians Friend, and Guitar Center's customer reviews.
- The case is made of deluxe ABS plastic with a heavy duty aluminum valance around the edge. Each case is lockable and comes standard with triple chrome plated latches.
- The case interior is made with EPS foam molds and deep black plush lining to give your guitar plenty of cushion. Each case also has two large storage areas to give you plenty of room for accessories (picks, pedals, tuners, strings, cables, etc...) When the case lid closes, it seals the storage areas shut so your stuff stays secure during transport.
- The handle is intentionally placed off center so when your guitar is in the case, the weight is counterbalanced and it's easy to carry.
- Our case also has a super long neck channel to make sure the guitar is fully supported during transport.
Are the graphics just some big paper sticker you slap on the case?
- Our graphics are not paper stickers. We use full color digital printing on special high grade adhesive vinyl to create a "skin" for your case based on your design. We use the same super adhesive vinyl used on football helmets and motocross bike graphics, so it can take a real beating and still stay sealed to your case.
- We also add a thick abrasion resistant overlaminate to the graphics to provide protection from dings or collisions with your other gear. After they have been sealed to the case with our special application process, the graphics are waterproof and washable - ready for duty or the occasional spilled beer.
- The case also has a raised rim around the graphics areas to provide extra protection from scrapes and scratches when it is laid on its side.
Yes. You can upload your own photos, artwork and images. Just select the "add an image" button in the case designer and select the option to upload your image.
It is best to use high resolution photos or artwork. The online designer will provide a warning in the properties window if your image has been resized to the point it may appear blurry. If this occurs, we recommend using a different image or sizing the image smaller on the case.
Can I create my graphics using photoshop or other graphic design software?
Yes. If you want to use a graphics program like gimp, adobe photoshop, or corel draw to create your case graphics, you just need to make an image that is 37.5 x 10.86 inches for the front of the case and 36.30 x 9.68 inches for the back of the case. We recommend saving the image at 150-300 DPI. Save the image as jpg or png then upload it to the case designer using the "add image" button.
What type of images/photos can I upload?
jpg, tif, tiff, png, and gif. We recommend png since it does not compress the image and will preserve any transparency. The higher resolution of the images/photos, the better the print quality.
Do you offer design services if I want help designing my case?
Yes. We have graphic artists available to help you with custom designs. One common request is to reformat album artwork into a case design. If you are interested in our graphic design services, just send us an email and any source artwork and tell us what you want. We can then send you a flat rate quote for the job. Do you have a money back guarantee?
Most sellers of custom made products don't allow returns of any kind. That's good for them, bad for you. We do things differently at Bullhorn. We want you to feel confident when you buy from us that you are getting a quality case. That's why all of our cases have a 45 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. How long will it take to get my order?
As our cases are custom made, the production process does add time to delivery. It will typically take approximately 15 business days to have your case delivered from the date of purchase.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Log into our site using your id and password created during the checkout process. Then just click on the link for order status. We will also email you once your case ships via UPS ground. Once your case has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email so you will know exactly where your case is.
What about shipping to Alaska or Hawaii?
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but orders will include an additional shipping cost which will be calculated during the checkout process. Choose the shipping option for Alaska or Hawaii during checkout.
What about international shipping and international orders?
Bullhorn Guitar Cases does not currently ship outside the USA.
